Discovery’s US Networks team seeks a Manager, Talent Relations to support Talent Management team for select networks and brand priorities. Reporting directly to VP, Talent Relations & Strategy, this position will help manage relationship with on-air Talent and provide operational support for their participation in various business activities including content, promotions, events and priority projects. Your Role Accountabilities.... Manage Talent on priority projects across several brands. Responsibilities may include coordinating Talents’ onboarding, schedules, logistics, travel, gifting, payment reconciliation and contractual obligations. Liaise with Corporate and Brand teams on requests of the Talent (Marketing, Digital, Ad Sales, Distribution, Social, Corp Comm, International, etc) and engage with Talent on confirmation/booking, itineraries, briefing and execution. Provide Talent Management team administrative support with knowledge of company systems and processes and the team’s training and compliance with data management standards. Craft talent-led social media communications by compiling information and assets and troubleshooting talent issues and requests. Offer onsite staffing and support for Talent at activities and events, such as marketing and commercial shoots, client and corporate events, etc. Maintain Talent information in Talent database, including contact information, representation, brand use, and other key details. Track milestone in Talents’ personal and professional lives and manage all gifting including creative research, purchasing and delivery. Focus on understanding the Talent to best serve business goals including working knowledge of contract terms, interests, skills, expertise, etc. Support VP Talent Relations & Strategy in topline briefings, reports, decks and materials needed for broader company and senior leadership needs. Qualifications and Experience... A minimum of 5 years of work-related experience in Entertainment, Talent Management/Relations, Project Management and/or Event Management. An ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills with experience managing needs of VIPs, all levels of executives and talent Discrete and protect highly sensitive/ confidential information Excellent administrative, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills Detail and process oriented with an eagerness to learn about and contribute to entertainment and Talent business Excellent time management skills to manage and prioritize competing deadlines and a multitude of projects simultaneously Proficient with researching and compiling data, reports and presentations with a fast timeline for executives How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $72,240.00 - $134,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
