Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO of a growing online education company. This role includes executive support, administrative coordination, and light operational assistance to help maintain efficient daily workflows. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting leadership operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate executive calendar using Microsoft To Do and Outlook • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal planning sessions • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations • Order office supplies and manage recurring business purchases • Assist with documentation, file organization, and correspondence • Support administrative projects and general office operations • Assist with task tracking and workflow organization to improve executive efficiency Qualifications • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail with strong proofreading ability • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, and task management software • Ability to handle confidential information professionally • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Preferred (Not Required) • Experience with bookkeeping or Excel reporting • Experience coordinating projects or events • Familiarity with digital business tools and remote collaboration systems Work Environment This role supports daily business operations in a professional setting.
