• *Job Summary:** We are seeking two Tracking Operations Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with regional parcel carriers, ensuring accurate and timely tracking data, and driving continuous improvement in delivery visibility. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the internal Customer Service Team—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying gaps in carrier tracking data to optimize service levels. • *Responsibilities:** • Proactively identify and address parcel tracking issues or challenges to ensure timely resolution. • Monitor the movement of goods, shipments, or products to ensure on-time delivery • .Track shipments using various software tools and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with tracking information. • Provide regular reports on tracking performance and suggest areas for improvement. • Address customer inquiries regarding the status of their shipments. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve tracking processes and operational efficiency. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional parcel carriers. Understand WANHub’s goals and objectives to execute measures that support operational needs. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of WANHub’s delivery infrastructure and systems. • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and transactions. • Use various software applications—especially Excel (sort, pivot, VLOOKUP)—to push, collect, and analyze data. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in tracking operations. • Other duties as assigned • *Qualifications:** • Proven experience in a vendor-facing role, such as Customer Service, Dispatch, or similar operations functions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with vendors and colleagues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and process-improvement mindset. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including functions such as sort, pivot, VLOOKUP) and experience using custom or tracking applications. • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. • Proactive and self-motivated, taking initiative to drive work forward. • Demonstrated passion for delivering high-quality work products.
