Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating projects, and handling communication with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent typing and proofreading abilities, and proficiency with various office software tools. Duties • Manage and maintain executive calendars, using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently • Provide executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing meetings • Coordinate projects and assist with event planning to ensure smooth execution of company events and initiatives • Handle phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems, screening calls, and directing inquiries appropriately • Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks to keep office operations running smoothly • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties • Assist with office management tasks such as organizing supplies, managing front desk responsibilities, and overseeing office logistics • Utilize Office experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including task prioritization and confidential information handling Skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; proficiency in proofreading and transcription • Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with Office management tools • Experience with event planning, project coordination, and calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and data entry procedures • Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems professionally • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles, including clerical experience, customer service, filing, front desk operations, and office experience • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail • Familiarity with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign is a plus This part-time position is ideal for a proactive professional looking to apply their administrative expertise in a supportive role within a vibrant organization.
