As a Senior Analyst in Operations, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that improve performance across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at scale. About the Spark and Trust Team The Spark and Trust team is focused on building operational strategies that enhance customer trust and drive business growth. We work across departments to develop scalable solutions, improve transparency, and ensure consistent execution of key initiatives. As part of this team, you’ll help shape the future of how Walmart delivers value and earns trust with every interaction.
