Order Picker At Walmart, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting merchandise from storage locations to fulfill customer orders or replenish inventory. Key Responsibilities: • Use handheld devices to locate and select merchandise from designated storage locations within the warehouse. • Navigate through aisles and storage racks to retrieve items efficiently. • Pack merchandise securely and appropriately for shipping. Additionally, you will update inventory records in the warehouse management system and communicate any inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors. Quality control is also a critical part of this role, as you will conduct visual inspections of merchandise for any defects, damages, or discrepancies before picking and packing.
