Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Business Analysis and Insights - Program Integration Office (PIO), leads data-driven evaluation and reporting to support strategic business initiatives. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to develop, implement, and refine business strategies based on comprehensive analysis. The position ensures operational efficiency by managing workflows, overseeing compliance, and driving continuous improvement. It also involves mentoring team members, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and aligning efforts to meet organizational goals. The role demands expertise in business analysis, strategic planning, and performance measurement to advance business growth and operational excellence. What you'll do... • Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies. • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute consistent strategic initiatives. • Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and drive business opportunities and project feasibility. • Establish and manage workflows, timelines, and compliance processes to ensure operational efficiency. • Develop and communicate business plans, removing obstacles to achieve performance goals. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
