Position Summary...The Director, People leads the development and execution of human resources strategies aligned with business objectives, driving organizational change and talent management initiatives. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies while fostering a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the Director supports workforce development, succession planning, and operational excellence. This position champions associate engagement and ethical standards, delivering results that enhance both associate and customer experiences within a dynamic and evolving business environment. This team emphasizes talent development, performance management, and operational excellence within a collaborative environment. Utilizing data-driven insights, the team supports leaders in managing change and enhancing associate engagement. What you'll do: • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives. • Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and practices. • Lead compliance efforts by monitoring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and company standards. • Analyze workforce data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations. • Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, development, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce. • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
