Position Summary... About the Role The Director, Operations, of Store Experience & Omni-Enablement for Walmart+ will own how Walmart+ members experience their benefits in stores. You will lead strategy and execution, ensuring that Walmart+ members experience the value of their membership every time they shop in-store. In this role, you will drive initiatives that bring Walmart+ to life in stores. Including launching new benefits, instore acquisition, experimentation as well as cross-channel communication. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of omni-channel operations, experimentation, and member growth expertise, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead a team focused on flawless execution and innovation with a focus on member experience What youll do... • Own the In-Store Member Experience: Define and execute the end-to-end Walmart+ member experience in stores to drive awareness, adoption, and conversion within stores. • Member Experience Excellence: Design experiences that reinforce Walmart+ membership value across touchpoints. Champion the member experience, ensuring every store benefit interaction enhances member satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. • Grow Membership in Stores: Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to enable and drive Walmart+ signups in-store . • Experimentation and Proof of Concepts: Lead in-store experimentation, pilot programs, and POCs to test and scale new strategies for acquisition and retention and deliver Walmart+ benefits, using results to inform scalable rollout strategies. • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing and Store Operations to ensure coordinated execution that delivers great experiences in-stores. • Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics, customer and associate feedback, and store data to measure how members experience Walmart+ benefits in-store, driving continuous improvement. • Cross-Channel Communication: Create clear, consistent messaging that connects online and in-store customer journeys. • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of operators focused on execution, experimentation, and benefit enablement in stores. • Deliver exceptional member benefits in store. • Expand Walmart+ membership through omni-channel experimentation and in-store innovation. • Drive measurable improvements across new member signups, retention, in-store conversion and engagement rates. • Scale proof-of-concept programs into enterprise-ready initiatives that enhance the member store experience. What youll bring... • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder alignment and driving results through influence. • Demonstrated success in experimentation, pilot program development, and field enablement. Go-to-market strategy and execution. • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to build structure from emerging opportunities. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable with data and insights-driven decision-making. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience... • 8-12 years of experience in operations, omni-channel retail, membership or subscription programs or marketing • Experience leading omni enablement or membership growth initiatives in a large-scale retail organization. • Deep understanding of Walmart’s omni ecosystem and operational complexity. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related field. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
