See details here: www.walls2go.us/dealers The Managing Partner/CEO is a key person in the area to set up and develop local dealers. The goal is to grow the business as a branch and then convert it to a franchisee to sell to a strategic investor within two years. The CEO is set as a partner (20/80) and may exit with us and lock in earnings, or stay in the business, depending on his intentions. Walls-To-Go, as the parent company, is an operating business that fulfills orders from its warehouses, provides drop-ship logistics, marketing materials, collections, advanced software to generate dealer websites, and established social media. We take all of this on our side. The branch should set up local dealers and explain our products (pre-designed walls shipped as ready-to-install sets). This is a field job — at the setup stage (the first four months), the CEO travels around and closes dealer onboarding personally (with our help, training, and support). At the end of the setup period (4 months), we pay a setup bonus - everything the branch has generated by that time (not 20% — we pay 100%). This way, we understand if our partnership is efficient and appreciate initial efforts. Not looking for a payroll-oriented employee — for those who are ready to step into an entrepreneurial mentality but didn’t have the opportunity. Compensation & Partner Upside • Initial setup bonus: after the first 4 months, the CEO receives 100% of the accumulated EBITDA generated to that point (target example: $50K+, can be higher) • After the setup period: we open a payroll budget to build a team (~$25K/month according to the plan) • Year-end dividends: paid based on performance (expected $300K to CEO in our model) • Equity value at exit: $2M for the CEO In other words, the CEO/Partner may expect: $350K in the first year, $450K in the second year, and $2M as an exit bonus. What You’ll Do • Build and manage a local network of dealers/showrooms (furniture, design, architects, retailers, etc.) • Present our catalog and dealer offer, follow up, and close dealer onboarding • Coordinate installation of in-store demo walls and TV displays (with our support) • Use our system to activate dealer-branded websites and ensure dealers can process orders • Track dealer activity, sales, and performance • Develop a repeatable playbook to scale the branch toward an investor-ready business Who You Are • Entrepreneurial, driven, full-time “builder” mindset • Strong B2B sales / relationship management (showrooms, retail, contractors, building materials, or home improvement is a plus) • Comfortable with field visits, presentations, and negotiations • Organized follow-up and pipeline management • Able to lead projects end-to-end: onboarding → display setup → order flow → growth • Leadership potential to hire and manage a small team as the branch scales Bonus Points • Experience with franchise/branch launches, territory development, or dealer networks • Background in remodeling, interiors, cabinetry, furniture, flooring, or related industries • Strong local network in the building/remodeling ecosystem
