About the position Wall Residences is growing! Do you love to make a difference in the lives of people who experience disabilities? Wall Residences is seeking a Day Services Program Manager for our Wall Community Options and Group Day Programs in the New River Valley, Virginia area to include Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Radford, and Dublin. Community Options encompasses all areas of Community Engagement, Community Coaching, and Group Day. A successful Program Manager candidate will have a clinical background with a working knowledge of person-centered service development and positive behavior supports; the ability to develop supportive relationships with direct care support staff as well as the individuals who receive services and their families; and a background connecting people with meaningful community activities. Telecommuting position with some flexibility. Home office and internet access required. Program Managers are provided with a computer, phone, company gas card, access to excellent training, and continuing education reimbursement.
