Medicare Business Intelligence Analyst | 2+ years | Remote | Contract Walker Healthforce is seeking a Medicare Business Intelligence Analyst with 2+ years’ experience to support a healthcare client. This is a 4-month contract opportunity. START DATE: ASAP HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm WORKER TYPE: W2 CORE REQUIREMENTS: • Snowflake implementation – full-cycle migration and optimization • Alteryx – for developing workflows, batch jobs, and automation • Python and VBA – for building interfaces and automation scripts • Integration of Snowflake with MS Access, including handling 32-bit vs. 64-bit compatibility issues • Data source migration – updating all connections from Oracle to Snowflake • Streamlit – for building interactive forms and reports • Power BI and Power Query – for dashboard and visualization development ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Required bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, liberal arts, computer science, application programming, software development, information systems, database administration, mathematics, engineering, or related field JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights. • Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents and maintains reporting assets. • Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools. • Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements. • Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. • Supports processes and quality improvement activities. • Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution. • Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts. • Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need.
