And we’re just getting started. THE ROLE We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Territory Sales Specialist to take the lead on retail execution and growth across New England. You’ll be in charge of getting Waku stocked, looking great, and flying off the shelves, all while building meaningful relationships with stores and distributors. You’ll focus on high-impact areas, collaborate with our distribution and broker partners, and push to hit our revenue goals. This means opening new doors, leveling up key accounts, and making sure Waku is everywhere people shop. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Build strong relationships with retail buyers, managers, and staff • Own and grow a key account list - you're the face of Waku in the field • Hit monthly volume, display, and distribution goals • Secure new placements, cooler space, and secondary displays • Collaborate with distributors, store teams, and brokers to keep momentum strong • Visit stores weekly, track performance, and share back insights - 5 days/ week in the field • Plan and execute in-store demos and field marketing activations • Maintain inventory visibility and manage POS materials • Log all visits and outcomes in Simply Depo • Travel to support nearby markets during key periods WHO YOU ARE • 1+ year of beverage sales experience (non-alcoholic preferred but not required) • People person with strong communication and persuasion skills • Obsessed with details, results, and constant improvement • Agile, resourceful, and not afraid of ambiguity • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment • Organized in reporting and tracking results • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work weekends when needed PERKS & DETAILS • Base Salary: $54,000/year • Comissions • Benefits: Health & Dental Insurance fully covered • 3–5 sick days + 2 weeks vacation • Annual performance review • Trial Period: 30 - 90 days — to make sure it’s a great fit for you and for us • Full-Time Role: 40 hours/week
