Wai Lin is a recruiting company searching for a person to fill the role of Administration Assistant. This will be a full time (40/hrs a week), in-person role. The following are the day-to-day duties: Admin/ Maintenance Management • Call Taking • PO creation/ Completion • Case Management/ Generate service orders/ dispatch to techs • Data entry-Time entry for Work Tickets, Planview, etc • Scheduling • Meeting/ training scheduling (reserve room, send invites, order food etc) • Front Desk Preferred Skills: - Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in file management to ensure accurate record keeping - Attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills to maintain accuracy of documents - Knowledge of front desk operations to provide effective receptionist duties - Typing proficiency to efficiently handle data entry tasks - Experience with Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering or Project Management is a plus - Ability to adapt to computerized systems for streamlined administrative processes - Inventory/Warehouse Experience is a plus (Inventory Control, RMAs, Part Ordering, etc.)
