WHAT WE ARE SEEKING We have assignments available to help our retail broker clients in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims Representative positions. Responsibilities include: • Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers. • Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments. • Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts. • Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims. • Generate claims reports. • Experience with an agency management system desired. Current high demand for Epic experience.
