Position Description: Wade Trim's team of 20 marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation. We are looking for a Pursuit Manager to join our Marketing Team to help drive pursuit planning and manage pursuits from positioning through presentation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area and at least 10 years of business development and/or proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry. Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and editing skills are critical. Typical responsibilities include: • Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments. • Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews. • Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators. • Lead message development and creative presentation of information. • Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning. • Foster use of sales process throughout the organization. • Maintain excellent client relations. • Maintain a safe working environment. Education: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area Skills/Experience: • 10+ years of related experience is required • Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts is required • Experience with Adobe InDesign is required About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
