Lead and own the end-to-end rollout of hospital systems, manage executive forums, integrate with hospital IT, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.
10+ years leading large healthcare professional services rollouts, hospital system integration expertise, commercial acumen, and experience with project management and CRM tools.
About The Company Our client is the market leader in Intelligent Orchestration of Care Operations, helping hospitals cut waste, reduce costs, and improve patient experiences. Their AI- and RTLS-powered platform unifies data across systems, automates workflows, and orchestrates staff, equipment, and patient flow in real time-delivering measurable financial and operational impact. They are rapidly scaling with strong growth and backing from top investors. Why this role Be the single-threaded owner for a national health-systems rollout-customer-facing, hands-on, and outcome-obsessed. You turn SOWs into value: plan waves, align executives, de-risk installs, drive adoption, and make the numbers move. What You'll Actually Do • Engineer the rollout end-to-end: site readiness, install/commissioning, cutover, and stabilization. • Run executive forums with hospital leadership; present options, risks, and clear calls to action. • Integrate for impact with hospital IT (EHR/HL7/FHIR/SSO) and internal Product/Engineering teams. • Drive adoption with clinical and operations leaders so value shows up in metrics, not slides. • Publish the source of truth: one-page weekly status and value dashboards people actually use. You'll thrive here if you • Own the room and keep calm under pressure. • Are high-agency and hands-on; you create motion, not meetings. • Think like a business owner (portfolio margin, payback, trade-offs). • Communicate with short, sharp docs that drive decisions. Must-haves • 10+ years leading large, multi-site Professional Services in healthcare environments. • Individual contributor at director level: personally owned a systemwide or regional rollout. • Hospital savvy (CNO/COO/CIO, Facilities/BIOMED) and integration fluency (Epic/Cerner, HL7/FHIR/SSO). • Commercial and financial acumen (SOWs, change orders, PS margin, ROI/NPV/payback). • Tooling comfort: Smartsheet/MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Salesforce/PSA; BI a plus. How They Work • IC owner. Outcome (not activities) > process. • Decision speed by design: clear RACI, named Decision Owner, decision log; 24h escalation SLA. • Startup speed, enterprise grade: move fast, then harden-change control, QA, rollback plans. • Vendor accountability: SLAs, scorecards, acceptance criteria tied to gates. • Two clocks, one plan: respect for clinical and project timelines; care delivery > schedule.
