We are an award-winning, family-owned company looking for a hands-on, motivated Roofing Production Manager to join our Wichita & Colorado team. Hiring Immediately - On-the-job training provided! What You'll Do • Oversee daily roofing operations and ensure jobs stay on schedule and on budget. • Manage subcontractor crews and act as their main point of contact. • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment rentals to keep projects moving smoothly. • Handle change orders, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the Project Manager. • Attend bi-weekly goal-setting and production meetings. • Enforce safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. • Develop and improve production processes for greater efficiency.
