Full Description

Company Description Vuori is re-defining what athletic apparel looks like: built to move and sweat in but designed with a casual aesthetic to transition into everyday life. We draw inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle; an integration of fitness, creative expression and life. Our high energy fast paced retail environment is reflected in the clothes we make. We aim to inspire others to take on all aspects of their lives with clarity, enthusiasm and purpose…while having a lot of fun along the way. We are proud to be an outlet for opportunity and for personal growth and success. Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong business analysis skills to help shape and deliver digital capabilities across our Product Development and Merchandising functions, with a focus across Line Planning, Assortment Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This role is a unique blend of strategic product leadership and hands-on execution, working closely with Merchandising, Product Creation, and Technical teams to optimize end-to-end processes from concept through commercialization. You’ll help define future-state capabilities, translate business needs into system functionality, and ensure seamless implementation across users and platforms. You’ll be a key driver in evolving the tools that enable how our product teams work — from how assortments are built and reviewed, to how product data flows through design, development, and sourcing. What you'll get to do: • Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Planning teams to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for digital innovation across Line Planning, Assorting, and PLM tools. • Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning feature development with key business milestones (e.g., line reviews, GTM calendars, seasonal planning). • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; support delivery teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT. • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are both scalable and user centric. • Guide enhancements to data structures and system integrations (e.g., PLM ↔ ERP, Line Planning ↔ Financial Planning tools). • Support change management by developing training materials, rollout plans, and ongoing user engagement strategies. • Monitor feature adoption, gather feedback, and use insights to inform continuous improvement. • Stay informed on industry best practices, vendor capabilities, and new technologies to help shape long-term strategy. Qualifications Who you are: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus or equivalent years of experience preferred. • 10+ years of experience in product management, solution delivery, or business analysis, ideally within a retail or apparel organization. • Demonstrated experience with Line Planning, Assortment Planning, and/or PLM systems (e.g., Centric, FlexPLM, or similar platforms). • Strong understanding of the product creation lifecycle, merchandising calendars, and go-to-market timelines. • Able to work at both strategic and executional levels — from defining product vision to writing detailed requirements. • Proficient in Agile development methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart. • Comfortable leading cross-functional discussions, asking the right questions, and simplifying complex concepts for broad audiences. • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills Additional Information Our investment in you: At Vuori, we’re proud to offer the following to our employees: • Health Insurance • Savings and Retirement Plan • Employee Assistance Program • Generous Vuori Discount & Industry Perks • Paid Time Off • Wellness & Fitness benefits The salary range for this role is $160,200 per year - $206,010 per year. This role is bonus eligible. Vuori is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
