About the Role Bridge the gap between legal expertise and technological innovation as our Legal Technologist. You'll work at the intersection of law, regulation, and AI to ensure our products deliver legally sound outputs while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in automated regulatory analysis and drafting. Key Responsibilities Design and validate AI workflows for regulatory drafting and compliance analysis Develop legal logic rules and decision trees for our AI systems Quality assure AI-generated regulatory content for legal accuracy and compliance Work with engineering to implement legal requirements into product features Create training data and evaluation frameworks for legal AI models Research and analyze regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions Develop best practices for AI-assisted legal document generation Interface with government legal teams to understand their specific needs Build automated testing systems for regulatory compliance outputs Contribute to thought leadership on AI in legal and regulatory domains What We’re Looking For JD with 2+ years of experience Strong interest in or experience with legal technology and AI Understanding of administrative law and regulatory processes Experience with regulatory compliance or government legal work (preferred) Technical aptitude - comfortable with data, APIs, and learning new tools Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming languages (bonus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate complex legal requirements into technical specifications Interest in the intersection of law, technology, and public policy What We Offer Unique opportunity to shape the future of legal AI in government Work on products already deployed in major government agencies Significant equity participation Collaboration with both legal experts and cutting-edge AI engineers Flexible work environment Competitive salary and benefits Professional development in both legal and technology domains
