We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. You will help resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company. This full-time opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement based on your location. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, policies, or account details. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate department. Document all interactions in the company’s CRM or support platform. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved. Process customer requests such as account updates, returns, or service changes. Maintain excellent service quality by meeting performance metrics (response times, CSAT scores, etc.). Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills (typing, navigating software, using email). Reliable internet connection for remote work. Preferred: Prior experience in customer service, call center, help desk, retail, or related roles. Familiarity with CRM or support tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.). Bilingual skills are a plus. Work Schedule Full-time: typically 35–40 hours per week Standard business hours or shift-based schedule, depending on department Remote or hybrid work environment based on location and company requirements Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required depending on business needs Compensation Benefits Compensation depends on experience and location.
