ears of Experience – 10 + years' experience in recruiting and HR with 3+ years in leadership Requirement: • Proven experience in IT & Engineering staffing and HR leadership (minimum 7+ years). Excellent experience managing offshore teams and team size of minimum 25 plus. Hands on experience in HR and Recruiting • Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting ambitious targets. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment. • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and recruiting technologies. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities HR Leadership (50%) • Oversee all HR functions including Legal, contracts administration, office administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development. • Partner with leadership to design and implement talent strategies that align with business goals. • Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning. • Ensure legal compliance and maintain a positive, high-performance culture. Recruiting Management (50%) • Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to deliver top-tier talent for clients. • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for high-volume, niche IT roles. • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs. • Monitor KPIs, optimize sourcing channels, and implement best practices for speed and quality. •
