Responsibilities
Manage and analyze land management and permitting systems, coordinate user training and testing, and liaise with vendors during COTS system implementations.
Requirements
4-6 years experience with land management/permitting systems like Accela Civic Platform, familiarity with work order systems such as Lucity, strong SDLC and documentation skills, and experience in user training, testing, and vendor coordination.
