Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintain knowledge of new developments/changes with carriers, federal/state laws Responsible for the direct handling of existing accounts, responding to time sensitive needs with urgency and the highest degree of care. Works in accordance with Producer as necessary. Research and analyze data contributing to the development and enhancement of a customer’s insurance program and recommend the appropriate coverage. Process service requests (policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing, etc.) and prepare/modify documents (correspondence, reports, memos, emails, etc.), delivering the highest quality to customers. Perform data entry functions in agency management system and/or specific rating and underwriting systems ensuring accuracy. Prioritize projects, possess attention to detail, achieve service standards, and meet deadlines. Responsible for following procedures and unified processes, constantly achieving positive outcomes for both internal personnel and external customers alike, ensuring extraordinary customer satisfaction and utmost departmental efficiency. Secure and properly handle all private/sensitive agency and customer information (medical, social security numbers, drivers’ licenses, financials, etc.) at all times. Maintain compliance with all company policies. Pursue a program for professional and personal development. Perform other related duties as directed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Qualifications Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. At least 2 Years of Commercial Lines account management experience. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
