Analyze and improve business systems and processes, support project teams, document procedures, and coordinate resources within the assigned business area.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, ability to analyze and document business processes, proficiency with office software, and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
Provide business area expertise to other business partners. Work closely with project team members and others to analyze alternatives and implement changes to current systems and processes. Maintain and provide knowledge of the utilization and function of the current systems and processes to support business needs, projects, and issue research and resolution Work with project teams to analyze current processes and systems and formulate alternative methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness Develop business process and procedure mapping within the assigned business area Synthesize information from a variety of business partners and audiences Perform backup support and act as a point of contact for other departments and other representatives in discussing proposed changes and the impacts to existing systems and processes Recommend allocation of resources required to accomplish the proposed changes Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of a degree, 4 years of functional experience Ability to research processes, analyze problems, and define system or procedural solutions Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to speak in group situations with clear and concise communication regarding project issues and status Excellent written communication skills. Ability to write documentation and reports that are clear, complete, and understood by both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to organize individual responsibilities for multiple projects, resulting in the timely and accurate completion and delivery of project tasks Ability to gather and understand resource information from a variety of sources, including interviews, research, and reports Proficiency with word processing, flowcharts, and spreadsheet applications Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation amongst business partners and coordinate internal as well as external resource/workload Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties #LI-VISIONCARE Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
