Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for monitoring data for errors or redundancies, developing plans for corrective actions, and managing those plans to be completion. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Analyzing data for inaccuracies and identifying and troubleshooting data inconsistencies and redundancies. Using analytical skills and tools to ensure the accuracy of database records. Maintaining the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of the company’s databases. Collaborating with Business Units and Integration Teams to ensure data quality. Supporting business operations as required. Developing and presenting a plan of action for data corrections. Collaborating with users to perform data validation and integrity testing throughout the integration process. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree or additional 3 years of specific work experience in lieu of degree. 3 years of relevant/technical work experience. Proficient in using various software, applications, and programs, which include Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to function in a diverse, fast paced service environment, while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to a multitude of issues and challenges. Reputable communicator through writing and oral actions with customers, peers and management. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Experience with Quantum Control and/or Pentagon ERP’s. Aviation experience.
