A company is looking for a Director, UX Design (Freelance). Key Responsibilities • Define design strategies and lead the creation of cohesive, human-centered experiences • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions Required Qualifications • Proven experience as a UX Director or senior level UX practitioner with a strong portfolio • 8+ years leading UI and UX design for enterprise-scale digital platforms • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human-centered design • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Digital Experience, Interaction Design, or related field preferred
