Senior Director – Bioanalysis East Bay Area An outstanding opportunity for a recognized expert in drug development and bioanalytical mass spectrometry. Our client, an innovative and fast-growing CRO, is seeking a senior technical leader to partner directly with customers and guide complex bioanalytical programs through all stages of drug development. Primary Responsibilities • Partner directly with customers to define project scope, timelines, and regulatory strategy • Provide high-level scientific and technical guidance on complex or novel projects • Mentor and develop junior scientific and management staff, fostering technical and leadership growth across the team Candidate Qualifications • MS or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, with hands-on bioanalytical LC-MS experience • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting drug development (outside of academia), ideally with exposure to CRO environments • Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills Salary: • $160–180K base salary (or higher for exceptional candidates) + annual bonus • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company contribution APPLY NOW!
