HIRING | Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid Experience: 12+ Years Duration: 12 Months We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, functional testing and scalable automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end testing and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Top 3 Must-Have Skills • Playwright / Selenium Automation • Java / JavaScript • Functional Testing Key Skills & Requirements • 12+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium • Strong Java / JavaScript development skills • Functional, Integration, Regression & End-to-End Testing • Automation framework design and development • CI/CD integration – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps • Test data management and reusable automation frameworks • Defect analysis and troubleshooting • Strong understanding of QA processes and best practices Key Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks • Build automated tests for web applications • Execute functional, integration, regression and E2E testing • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines • Analyze test results and identify defects • Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Product Owners and DevOps teams • Participate in test planning, requirement reviews and risk assessments • Improve automation coverage, testing efficiency and quality metrics • Drive continuous testing and process improvements
