Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Business Development Associate to help drive our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs, selling Voomi’s business. Hit onboarding goals (qualified leads and closes) and sales targets Establish KPIs to measure the success of business development activities and present progress to senior leadership and board members. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on high-value revenue opportunities with strategic partners. Create and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, ensuring progress and prioritization based on impact and feasibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in startup or corporate environment with business development experience HVAC experience is preferred but not required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Voomi Supply is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
