Design and document enterprise ITSM capabilities and architectures, implement event-driven distributed systems on AWS, and ensure secure, scalable application deployments.
Proven experience in ITSM principles, event-driven architecture with Kafka/MQ/Kinesis, AWS cloud expertise, data warehousing with Snowflake, and secure application design.
Application Architect - ITSM Location: New Jersey / TEXAS / FLORIDA - HYBRID - Enterprise Capability and IT Service Management Proven experience in designing enterprise capabilities and services, with a strong foundation in ITSM principles and practices. - Architectural Documentation Ability to create a wide range of architectural artifacts, including but not limited to logical and reference architectures, sequence diagrams, and system flow diagrams. - Analytical Expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and propose effective solutions. - Event-Driven Architecture Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and technologies such as Apache Kafka, Distributed MQ, and Amazon Kinesis. - Distributed Systems Architecture Deep understanding of all layers of distributed architecture, including frontend, backend, data storage, and system integration. - Cloud Architecture Extensive architectural and hands-on implementation experience with the AWS cloud platform is required. - Familiarity with other cloud environments such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) is considered a strong plus. - Data Platforms and Analytics Experience in data warehousing, data transport, analytics, and reporting using the Snowflake platform and its ecosystem. - Standardized Application Deployment Expertise in enterprise-scale application deployment on AWS, with a broad understanding of AWS services and best practices. - Security and Trusted Computing Knowledge of secure application design and implementation, including enabling trusted compute environments.
