Exceed your potential with Volt Volt is immediately hiring Hardware Validation Test Engineers in Spokane WA As a Hardware Validation Test Engineer you will: Be responsible for developing and executing test plans associated with our hardware products. Debug hardware through the use of tests and Test Equipment to apply and maintain quality standards for our products. The ideal candidate will have: • Follows and contributes to test standards and procedures on a wide range of major product components. • Performs system testing of new products, as well as new releases of existing products. • Collaborates with team members and technical leads. • Contributes to process and procedural documentation. • Performs Troubleshooting at the System Level. • Gathers and analyzes test data reports as well as Bug writing, Troubleshooting, and debugging. • Generates Test requirements for others to develop and execute. • Conducts internal presentations. • Assists Senior and Principal Test Engineers where needed. • Responsible for upholding our Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code • or other company policies. • Performs other related activities as assigned. Requirements • Solid knowledge and experience with test methodologies used in HW Test. • UNIX/Linux experience preferred. • 2+ years PCA/System MFG experience. • Solid analytic / trouble-shooting skills. • Successfully manages ambiguity with limited direction. • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communications. • Strong networking experience and understanding of Server Architectures. • Able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • 1-3 years of experience in PCA or System Level MFG Test. • BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay Rate: $35.00 - $53.00 per hour • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
