Full Description

Volt is immediately hiring for a System Test Engineer in Liberty Lake, WA. As a System Test Engineer you will: Follows and contributes to test standards and procedures on a wide range of major product components. • Perform system testing of new products, as well as new releases of existing products. • Collaborate with team members and technical leads. • Contribute to process and procedural documentation. • Perform Troubleshooting at the System Level. • Gather and analyze test data reports as well as Bug writing, Troubleshooting, and debugging. • Generate Test requirements for others to develop and execute. • Conduct internal presentations. • Assist Senior and Principal Test Engineers where needed. This is a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: • 1-3 years of experience in PCA or System Level MFG Test. • BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Solid knowledge and experience with test methodologies used in HW Test. • UNIX/Linux experience preferred. • 2+ years PCA/System MFG experience. • Solid analytic / trouble-shooting skills. • Successfully manages ambiguity with limited direction. • Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communications. • Strong networking experience and understanding of Server Architectures. • Able to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
