Move Forward with VOLT VOLT is immediately hiring for a Project Manager-CIS Implementation Position type: Full-time, Contingent Duration: 3 years+ Location: This role will be onsite for the first 1-2 weeks of the assignment, then periodic visits as needed. Job Description: Required Qualifications: • Proven end-to-end CIS implementation experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Harris Products) • PMP certification Preferred Experience: • Legacy system integration and data migration in a utility environment • Business process optimization and change management expertise • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Understanding of utility operations, including rate structures, billing, and Meter Data Management (MDM) Systems the PM will manage on the EPMO side: • CIS - Harris Northstar • Customer Portal • Outage Management System (OMS) - Harris Data Voice • Meter Data Management (MDM) • Mobile Workforce Management - Harris Service Link • Backend Payment Processing • Payment Kiosks • Remittance Processing • Payment IVR PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $70.00-$90.00 per hour • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Innova Solutions offers benefits( based on eligibility) that include the following: Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health saving account (HSA) and Flexible spending account (FSA), Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, Short term and Long term Disability, Accident & Critical illness coverage, Pre-paid legal & ID theft protection, Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
