As a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant ? you will: Manage general office tasks, including supply and ingredient purchasing. Track and complete regulatory requirements such as business licenses, permits, and inspections. Support sales and marketing outreach efforts, including maintaining contact lists, and preparing materials about products to share with customers. Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and opportunities for partnerships or membership. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed. Perform other administrative or project-based tasks as assigned. This is a part time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, animal science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience (1–3 years working in an office, operations, administrative, or compliance-related role). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a small business environment. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Experience with regulatory compliance, business licensing, or quality assurance. Familiarity with sales, marketing, or customer service in a B2B environment. Research and data analysis skills. Interest in agriculture, food, or manufacturing industries. Notary public commission, or ability to obtain a commission.
