Role Overview: As a CSV Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring seamless scheduling and conflict resolution. This hybrid remote position based in Oakdale, Minnesota, offers an opportunity to support clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships. What You'll Do: - You will manage scheduling and resolve conflicts between customers efficiently. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues. - You will provide product and service information to customers to assist with their needs. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes. - You will handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. - You will contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
