This hybrid remote position based in Oakdale, Minnesota, offers an opportunity to support clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong communication channels. What You'll Do: - You will schedule appointments and manage conflicts between customers to ensure smooth operations. - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. - You will provide product and service information to customers to assist with their needs. - You will identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer service processes. - You will uphold company policies and ensure compliance with customer service standards.
