Job Overview The main purpose of the Product Manager is to drive the global growth and development of our Electric Vehicle (EV) business segment. In this critical, high-impact role, the Global EV Product Manager will own the long-term vision, product portfolio, and go-to-market strategy for our EV / Energy market segment products. Job Scope • Own, manage, and continuously develop the Global EV Product Roadmap and the long-term growth plan for the EV / Energy business • Develop and implement the overarching Product Strategy, ensuring product timelines, engineering capabilities, and global sales efforts are fully aligned with core business objectives and financial targets. • Drive new business development and customer acquisition activities, focusing on expanding the market presence of our electric vehicle charging and related products. • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to proactively identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet customer needs. Translate these market insights directly into actionable product development initiatives. • Successfully manage the entire product life cycle, from taking new products out of R&D through to a successful market launch and commercialization. • Support the segment's P&L and profitability goals by establishing clear product line cost management baselines and analyzing product gross margins. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams to launch and scale new programs. • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies in electric vehicle charging cables • Engage with OEM and Tier 1 customers, translating their needs into actionable product requirements and development priorities. • Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and cost models to support new opportunities and margin improvement initiatives. • Act as a subject matter expert, training and educating global and regional sales teams on the strategic direction, value proposition, and technical details of all product offerings. Key Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; • 5+ years experience in product management or strategy roles within the Electric Vehicle (EV), EV Charging, or automotive technology sectors, preferably with power electronics, wire and cable harness or connectors. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex, long-term global product roadmaps and business growth plans. • Strong understanding of P&L principles and experience supporting business profitability through cost and margin analysis. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment (Engineering, Sales, R&D). • Experience in market analysis and successfully launching new B2B or B2C technology products. • Strong project management skills • Strong understanding of automotive product development processes (APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, etc.). • Proven ability to balance technical depth and business acumen. • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%)
