Job Description: Program Manager, Volaris Group Hybrid, Toronto, ON Role Overview Volaris Group is seeking a Program Manager to support the Chief of Staff in driving execution of strategic programs and cross-Volaris initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of project management, stakeholder coordination, and program operations and will play an important part in helping drive performance and alignment across a diverse, global and high growth enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a complex, fast moving corporate environment – such as a technology, professional services, M&A or investment organization. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Management Lead project management for cross-functional initiatives, from planning and scoping through, execution, reporting and learning Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets Track progress, manage risks, and proactively surface issues and recommendations Ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality outcomes Event Management & Execution Support planning and delivery of internal and external events (e.g., leadership meetings, offsites, or other events) Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure events are executed smoothly and are aligned with company goals Executive & Stakeholder Support Providing operational support and follow-through capacity to Volaris executives Prepare materials, status reports, and summaries for senior leadership Coordinate across departments and external partners as needed Experience & Background 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, communications, or a similar role Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and programs Strong relationship skills – with experience managing multiple vendor relationships, partner organizations and complex multi-stakeholder projects Exposure to executive-level work and senior leadership stakeholders Skills & Capabilities Exceptional organizational and project management skills; high attention to detail paired with strategic judgment Strong business acumen and ability to understand commercial processes using a mix of quantitative and qualitative information Strong and diverse communications experience and ability to communicate effectively across disciplines, geographies, and levels of seniority Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships/trust and show empathy with owners/founders/managers Able to plan/organize and self-motivated to drive immediate goals and overall program objectives Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with composure Comfort operating with discretion and handling sensitive information Strong technical capacity in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and SaaS-based collaboration environments.
