If you are self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect role for you. • *Who You'll Support:** - Nonprofit/Charity TV and Radio stations - Child welfare agencies - Veteran support groups - Spiritual and religious organizations - Animal advocacy groups • *Preferred Skills:** - Highly organized and self-motivated - Excellent phone and people skills - Intermediate PC proficiency - Flexible and a team player - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Contact center experience is a plus Benefits - Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project - Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute - Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support with varied pay rates
