The Role We’re hiring a Project Manager / Client Success professional to own the end-to-end client experience once a deal is closed. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys: • Managing projects • Communicating with clients • Keeping teams aligned • Closing loops • Making sure nothing slips You’ll be the connective tissue between clients, creatives, and leadership—ensuring projects move forward, expectations are clear, and clients feel confident working with VoarVue. This is not a passive role. You will own outcomes. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Owning all client communication post-sale as the primary point of contact • Leading client onboarding (scope, timelines, portals, assets, access) • Managing project timelines from kickoff through final delivery • Scheduling shoots, assigning creators, and coordinating logistics • Tracking deliverables, managing revisions, and delivering final approvals • Coordinating internal teams and ensuring deadlines are met • Maintaining accurate documentation, CRM records, and project data • Managing invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups • Monitoring client health and identifying upsell or retention opportunities • Tracking workload and flagging capacity or resourcing constraints Who We’re Looking For You’re highly organized, people-first, and take pride in follow-through. You communicate clearly, think ahead, and don’t need to be micromanaged to do excellent work. You love this type of role—managing details, supporting clients, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’re calm under pressure, proactive by default, and detail-oriented without getting stuck in the weeds. This is a full-time, remote role requiring 4+ hours per day, 5 days per week, with availability during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET).
