[ad_1] Workforce Management Scheduling Analyst Job Details: Key Responsibilities: • Scheduling: Create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account staffing needs, shift preferences, and other relevant factors to ensure optimal workforce allocation. • Vacation Management: Process and track vacation requests, coordinate vacation schedules to minimize disruptions, and ensure sufficient coverage during peak hours. • Time-Off Reconciliation: Perform in-depth reconciliations of time-off requests within the Aspect system, ensuring accurate recording and adherence to company policies. • System Expertise: Utilize your expertise in the Aspect system to troubleshoot issues, provide support to team members, and optimize system utilization for effective intraday management. • Reporting: Generate and analyze scheduling reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including HR, Operations, and Training, to ensure alignment between staffing needs and available resources. Qualifications: • Prior experience in an intraday management role, with a deep understanding of workforce management principles and practices. • Proficiency in using the Aspect/Alvaria system for intraday and scheduling functions is required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to reconcile time-off and scheduling discrepancies. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make real-time decisions. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements. • The pay range for this position is $26.50 per hour.
