About the Role We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our team! The 1Path Technical Account Manager (TAM) works with a set of assigned accounts and provides support in developing a technology roadmap, reviewing, and maintaining clients’ IT infrastructures, recommending new technologies and developing budgetary roadmaps to support the vision. A TAM will provide IT expertise and leadership and is seen as a competitive advantage of 1Path's customers to support growth. The TAMs are accountable for creating and maintaining long term relationships with our clients. This is accomplished through gaining an intimate knowledge of the client’s business and helping them achieve their strategic goals with technology. Job Description • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of 1Path’s Technology Stack and Service Offerings • Conduct recurring Technology Business Reviews with customers to align their business growth needs, budget, and tools needed to succeed in those goals • Audit client infrastructure for needed refreshes, performance enhancements, and security • Create Scopes of Work for projects to accomplish customer needs and collaborate with Professional Services engineering team to modify scopes as needed • Collaborate with Client Executives to arrange meaningful conversations with clients • Clear communicate complex technical concepts and their business impacts to clients in a manger that is easily understood • Ensure clients remain educated about our technology standards and business risks associated with unmet standards; if necessary, work with the client to mitigate any remaining risks. • Convert quotes to committed projects. • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and engineers to ensure all client needs are met • Document all activities within 1Path ticketing system and related tools • Ensure clients understand the value of 1Path services and service contracts Professional and Technical Qualifications • 2+ years of industry experienced in Managed Services Technical Account Management • Thorough understanding of technology leveraged in corporate infrastructures including but not limited to: • Workstations (Windows 7, 10, 11) – Mac knowledge always a plus! • Servers (Server 2008, 2012, 2016) • Cloud Storage Solutions • Disaster Recovery • Backup Solutions ( Veeam, Storagecraft, etc..) • Unified Communications • Microsoft 365 Solutions • Networking (Cisco, Sonicwall) • Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure…) Soft Skill Requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Highly organized • Manages personal progress effectively and would be described as a “self-starter” by colleagues in previous roles. • Avid learner who is in constant pursuit of more skills. • Responsive and able to maintain effective communication in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrates strong reasoning, problems solving, and critical thinking skills. • Collaborative Team Player • Maintains an energetic and positive attitude 1Path Benefits (Full-Time Employees) • This position is remote eligible! • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • 401K with Company Match • 10 Paid Holidays • Access to Telemedicine Services • Voluntary Benefits: Accidental Injury, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Pet Insurance, Home/Auto Insurance • Certificate Exam Reimbursement Up to $400! • Career Coaching through Learning & Development Manager Expected salary: Location: Boston, MA Job date: Sat, 20 Aug 2022 07:56:47 GMT Apply for the job now!
