Position Overview: This role is responsible for planning, implementing, ensuring compliance, service delivery, and evaluation of the Cloud operations team. Assesses the relative impact of IT industry trends to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects, including management of internal and external services. The position is responsible for maintaining the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and assisting in ensuring Quality Assurance process gates are enforced. The role manages deployment activities, owns the vision for tools lifecycle and leads in addressing production triage issues. This role will have direct reports. Essential Job Functions: • Designs, develops, and modifies software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Assist Development Manager in prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress • Assists in ensuring Quality Assurance for entire software development lifecycle • Research software development options and provides analysis for product direction • Communicates status and guidance to other departments in all areas of responsibility as necessary • Gathers requirements from departments and provides input into the infrastructure products • Manages production Triage incidents, triage prioritization and assignment • Manages IT tools and workflows, to include ticketing system, project management tools, code repositories, code management strategies, and quality assurance tools • Manages and executes deployments of non-production and Production environments • Manages internal and external IT infrastructure and related vendors • Supervise and mentor direct reports • Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications/ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years of IT operations experience in disciplines such as network, systems, cloud, and database administration • Experience in software development is preferred • Experience with the most current technologies and products used in the industry is preferred • Ability to supervise direct reports • Strong Technical Capability • Customer/Client Focus • Strategic thinking and planning • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities • Software development and implementation • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level • Performance Management: employee training and development • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Special Requirements: • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment Working Conditions: • Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use • Alternating between sitting or standing as needed • Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping #LI-AS1 #LI-REMOTE Note: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Job Location: Remote, RE, USA Country: USA The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($140,000 – $180,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
