We are a very positive and fast-growing recruiting firm, and we need even more GREAT remote long-term recruiters who take great pride in their results, professionalism, and efficiency. We are searching for a highly skilled recruiter, with leadership potential, who is well-seasoned in sourcing and recruiting sales professionals. This position will work 20-30 hours per week. Many of our recruiters start part-time for us and move to full-time because of our culture of care, flexibility, and compensation. This position is a full cycle, client-facing recruiting position, with an environment and the tools for you to be successful available. You will get a lot of support from our team including a sourcing team, client success manager, recruitment coordinator and direct communication and partnership with the CEO. We reward your hard work by paying hourly on a 1099 basis AND also giving a bonus for each hire! This position is apart our leadership track and has the opportunity to become a recruiting team lead/recruiting manager within 6-months, with stellar performance as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a super fun, momentum-filled, white-hot market with amazing company owners whom you would help in filling positions like home buying specialists, lead managers, property sellers, rock star assistants, transaction coordinators, project managers and more! Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Conduct in-take meeting with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, and through weekly recruiting updates to the client • Source potential candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms • Arrange conversations with applicants/candidates to screen them using provided questions • Assess which candidates fit the client's criteria for the position • Submit successful candidates via brief write-up • Provide clients with updates Qualifications • CORE VALUE FIT – please see above. No negative or less than driven people here! • 4-8 years of experience recruiting in a freelance (1099), recruiting agency, or corporate setting. • 2-5 years of experience successfully leading and supporting teams of 5-15 people. • A successful track record of sourcing and recruiting in areas such as: commission-based positions in sales, medical devices, real estate, insurance, HVAC, construction, automotive sales etc. • Strong knowledge and experience sourcing and utilizing Boolean search on LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed. • Experience utilizing an ATS – Experience with Oorwin ATS is a huge bonus. • Very strong written and verbal communication skills. • High degree of professionalism and polish with client and candidate communication. • Ability to work 20 hours minimum a week (prefer those who can take more hours as needed). • Technical aptitude required to be able to use our systems. • Experience in using Microsoft Office & Google Workspace. • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
