Job title: Influencer Marketing Assistant Company: Savage X Fenty Job description: Job Description Savage X Fenty is currently looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant. How Do You Fit In? The Influencer Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Savage X influencer program and maintaining influencer relations for the brand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), be hyper-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects at a time. You’re also a creative visionary at heart who is obsessed with social media trends & topics and identifying key players who align with the brand. This person will be solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to quickly pivot based on brand needs. This position will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager. What you will do: • Place large volume of gifting orders for influencers and content creators to achieve monthly goals. Ordering process includes: placing orders via internal system, manually packing product when needed, organizing product samples, shipping & tracking packages, and being mindful of timely deliveries. • Manage all influencer onboarding and data such as sizing, contact information, shipping details, social media stats and more. • Maintain day-to-day influencer communications. • Track influencer posts to ensure efficacy of program and monitor KPI performance. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and inefficiencies. • Identify on-brand creators to help expand the program. • Have a deep understanding of the brand vision and be passionate about evolving our creator program. • Maintain awareness of the brands’ initiatives and develop influencer strategies to support those initiatives. • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams. • Maintain several influencer platforms. • Research industry and social media trends. What you can bring: • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in social media, marketing, communications, or public relations preferred or relevant experience. • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in social media, influencer relations, PR, or marketing. • Experience with data entry. • Understanding of social media creators / influencers. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently. • Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. • Proven ability to connect with individuals and foster long-lasting relationships. • Experience using various social media platforms. • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
