Your primary responsibility will be to support our recruiting efforts by identifying and contacting potential candidates, managing job portals, and analyzing professional profiles. Key Responsibilities: • Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches. • Propose new alternatives to identify top talent and improve our recruitment processes. • Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications. • Identify and analyze professional profiles on job portals to match our recruitment needs. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
