[ad_1] Key Accountabilities Timely review and verification of VIN status changes requested by both customers and dealers (50%) Timely system updates of verified VIN status changes (25%) -I establishment and processing -Budget performance reporting Timely completion and communication of reporting related to VIN status changes (15%) Ad hoc activities or special projects assigned based upon department needs (10%) The Parts and Service Division plays an important role in contributing to the success of Honda’s global operations. This position is within the Parts, Service, and Technical division’s National Field Recall department. Responsibilities: • Monitoring dealership websites to ensure websites have functioning recall links • Administration of Campaign Status Change forms • Coordinating pre-notification mailing files • Supporting other special projects related to Field Recall activities • Track the receipt and processing of Campaign Status Change forms on an Excel spreadsheet for purposes of maintaining an accounting record of each form that is submitted to the National office. • Conduct periodic (quarterly) reviews of all Honda and Acura Dealer websites to ensure they have a functioning VIN lookup tool. • General understanding in managing financial budget, accounting and invoice tracking • Be available to work an average of 20-25 hours per week • Previous office or retail experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as Teams and Outlook • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
