Job title: nCino Business System Analyst Company: ConnectOne Bank Job description: Description: Position Summary The Salesforce.com/nCino Business System Analyst will be responsible for working with the appropriate business units and IT to define, prioritize, and execute the nCino system roadmap. They will also support new nCino and Salesforce.com projects, enhancements, and maintenance activities derived from a diverse set of stakeholders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment requiring this individual to perform effectively both as an individual contributor and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities • Serve as subject matter expert and business administrator for nCino and Salesforce.com • Partner with business teams to increase visibility of nCino data, improve overall processes & drive system adoption • Support the daily activities required to maintain and grow our Salesforce. com/nCino capabilities • Understand and gather complex business needs from a diverse set of stakeholders • Effectively compile and document business needs into features necessary for systems design, development, and implementation • Ensure that the development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall business strategy • Work with key business stakeholders and IT to ensure successful product roll outs and releases • Provide day-to-day support to our rapidly growing pool of almost 200 users on incidents and work with the technical teams on problem resolution • Develop and execute detailed communication and implementation plans to ensure minimal disruption • Effectively radiate information to business stakeholders Requirements: Knowledge • Knowledge of the Commercial Lending and Banking in relation to both processes and regulations a plus • In-depth knowledge of requirements development, information systems, and business process design • Must be passionate about understanding user needs and critical business processes Skills • Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) • Experience working on project teams and a solid understanding of the typical roles and responsibilities • Excellent attention to detail while also having the ability to understand the big picture • Strong data management and analytical skills • Time management and organizational skills Abilities • Ability to solve business challenges leveraging nCino and/or Salesforce.com capabilities • Demonstrated ability to translate user needs into business capabilities and features • Ability to communicate effectively with IT and business colleagues at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results with minimal direction • Ability to forge relationships, collaborate and work well as a team player Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 3+ years of nCino or Salesforce.com administrator experience • Experience implementing new nCino and/or Salesforce capabilities with a focus on minimizing disruption while driving user adoption • Financial services experience preferred PI186833502 Expected salary: Location: Union, NJ Job date: Tue, 23 Aug 2022 07:06:14 GMT Apply for the job now!
