Job title: Digital Project Manager – Mid/Senior Company: JBC Job description: , Posted December 20, 2022 #196435 Title: Digital Project Manager – Mid/Senior Location: NY based Remote but potential future onsite needs Rate: $50-70/hour JBC is partnering with a client in need of a freelance Digital Project Manager, preferably with agency experience. You will be expected to manage digital marketing and advertising projects from start to finish, responsible for all project details. Collaborate and work closely with Account and Design teams. You will ensure that each part of the project, from concept/copywriting and design to printing/execution, moves through the agency and is completed on time. • Hourly rate range is DOE* Responsibilities: ? Process new project initiation documentation and/or communication brief. ? Ensure communication briefs are complete and accurate; open job; assign roles for creative teams; develop preliminary project schedules. ? Facilitate project kick-off meeting with Account and Design Team; present project schedule and obtain approvals. ? Revise and distribute project schedules as needed. ? Monitor and track project progress; communicate changes and escalate as appropriate. ? Assist Design team in managing and prioritizing workload. ? Manage communication and project approvals between Account and Design teams. ? Communicate with print vendors on project specs/details, release production files, and manage printer proof routing and approvals. ? Support Account team and communicate with clients as needed to maintain project status and expectations. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising. ? 3-6 years of Advertising Agency and Project Management experience. ? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Experienced working in Project Management software; Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and other design software helpful. ? Experience with marketing resource management and digital asset management systems is a plus. ?
